Welcome!

Hi Y’all! Welcome to Fully Formed in Love! This is an online space that seeks to be a community that focuses on God, family discipleship, motherhood, and liturgical living! You can read more about me (Maddie) here! The title of this website/ministry was inspired by the Message paraphrase of 1 John 4:17-18

I will write a weekly devotional based on the liturgical readings for the week as well as many additional posts about following Christ, the church year, life, and intentional discipleship. All are welcome in this space! I pray you encounter God, feel the Love of Christ through this page and ministry, and grow in knowledge, resources, and community so that we can live Fully Formed Lives of Love.

As I begin this new step of faith into online ministry, I reflect on all that it took to start and trust God: Lots of school, growing pains, deconstruction, and letting go of people pleasing and surrendering to God. I invite you to pray the prayer of St. Therese of Lisieux with me as this new journey begins:

May today there be peace within.

May you trust God that you are exactly where you are meant to be.

May you not forget the infinite possibilities that are born of faith.

May you use those gifts that you have received,

and pass on the love that has been given to you.

May you be content knowing you are a child of God.

Let this presence settle into your bones, and allow your soul the freedom to sing, dance,

praise and love. It is there for each and every one of us.”
